     Nathan Cairns was born in 1759.1 He was the son of William Cairns and Agnes Gregg.2 He married, firstly, Sarah Hutchinson on 20 June 1778.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Keine on 9 March 1787.1 He died in 1819.1
     Nathan Cairns was a merchant at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He lived at Parkmount, County Antrim, Ireland.1
     He also had a duaghter, who died young.1
