     Diana Grosset was the daughter of Walter Grosset. She married Hon. Robert Walpole, son of Horatio Walpole, 1st Baron Walpole of Wolterton and Mary Magdalen Lombard, on 8 May 1780. She died on 24 July 1784.
     Her married name became Walpole.

     Margaret Rolle, Baroness Clinton was born on 17 January 1709.3 She was the daughter of Samuel Rolle and Margaret Tuckfield.2 She was baptised on 27 January 1709 at Petroxstow, Devon, England.4 She married, firstly, Sir Robert Walpole, 2nd Earl of Orford, son of Sir Robert Walpole, 1st Earl of Orford and Catherine Shorter, on 26 March 1724.3 She married, secondly, Hon. Sewallis Shirley, son of Sir Robert Shirley, 1st Earl Ferrers and Selina Finch, on 25 May 1751.1 She died on 13 January 1781 at age 71 at Pisa, Italy.5 She was buried at Leghorn, Italy.5
     From 26 March 1724, her married name became Walpole.1 She succeeded to the title of 15th Baroness Clinton [E., 1299] on 2 May 1751, suo jure.3 From 25 May 1751, her married name became Shirley.1

     Samuel Rolle was baptised on 20 November 1646.1 He was the son of Robert Rolle and Lady Arabella Clinton.2 He married Margaret Tuckfield, daughter of unknown Tuckfield.1 He died in October 1719 at age 72.1
     Samuel Rolle lived at Hainton Satchville, Devon, England.1

     Ralph Basset, 1st Lord Basset (of Weldon) was born after 1270.1 He was the son of Ralph Basset and Alianore Wade.1 He married Joan de Huntingfeld, daughter of Roger de Huntingfeld and Joyce Engaine.1 He died before 18 August 1314.1
     Ralph Basset, 1st Lord Basset (of Weldon) was created 1st Lord Basset, of Weldon [England by writ] on 6 February 1298/99.1 He fought in the Battle of Bannockburn on 24 June 1314, where he was taken prisoner.1
     None of his descendants were ever summoned to Parliament by writ of his Barony of Basset.1

     Hon. Thomas Walpole was born on 6 October 1727. He was the son of Horatio Walpole, 1st Baron Walpole of Wolterton and Mary Magdalen Lombard. He married Elizabeth Vanneck, daughter of Sir Joshua Vanneck, 1st Bt. and Mary Anne Daubuz, on 14 November 1753.1 He died in March 1803 at age 75.

     Mary Walpole was born on 8 June 1673.1 She was the daughter of Robert Walpole and Mary Burwell. She married Sir Charles Turner, 1st Bt. in April 1689.1 She died in April 1701 at age 27.1

     Reverend Robert Walpole was born on 8 August 1781. He was the son of Hon. Robert Walpole and Diana Grosset. He married Caroline Frances Hyde, daughter of John Hyde, on 6 February 1811. He died on 16 April 1856 at age 74.
     Reverend Robert Walpole was the Rector at Christ Church, Marylebone, London, England.
