     Lt.-Col. Francis James Brooke Campbell was born on 7 February 1861.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. John Peter William Campbell and Frances Charlotte Begbie.2 He married Ethel May Raddock, daughter of Dep.-Surg.-Gen. C. E. Raddock, on 7 May 1889.1 He died in 1918.1
     Lt.-Col. Francis James Brooke Campbell gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Indian Army.1

     Sir Eric Francis Dennistoun Campbell of Barcaldine, 6th Bt. was born on 17 August 1892.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis James Brooke Campbell and Ethel May Raddock.2 He died on 11 July 1963 at age 70, unmarried.1
     Sir Eric Francis Dennistoun Campbell of Barcaldine, 6th Bt. was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 1st Battalion, South Lancashire Regiment.1 He fought in the Afghan War in 1919.1 He held the office of Hereditary Keeper of Barcaldine Castle.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Campbell, of Barcaldine, co. Argyll [U.K., 1831] on 13 March 1932.1
