William Evans was born on 16 May 1747.1 He was the son of Hon. John Evans and Grace Freke.2 He married Elizabeth Becher, daughter of John Becher and Frances Hedges, on 2 September 1777 at Christchurch, Cork, County Cork, Ireland, with issue.3,4 He died in February 1796 at age 48.1

John Becher is the son of Henry Becher and Catherine Owen.1 He married, firstly, Frances Hedges, daughter of Richard Hedges and Mary Eyre, on 27 March 1740 at Macroom, County Cork, Ireland.2 He married Barbara Hungerford on 4 February 1769 at Ross Cathedral, County Cork, Ireland.2 He married, secondly, Barbara Townsend, daughter of John Townsend and Katherine Barry, in October 1771.2 He died in February 1778 at Hollybrook, Abbeystrowry, County Cork, Ireland.2 His will was probated on 19 May 1790.2
