     Edward Overington Becher was born on 20 June 1896.1 He was the son of Venerable John Richard Hedges Becher and Nicola Sophia Blunden.1 He married Joan Graham Biden, daughter of H. Graham Biden, on 25 September 1929 at Greatham Church, Petersfield, Hampshire, England.1 He died on 27 September 1931 at age 35 at Cambridge Military Hospital, Aldershot, Hampshire, England.1 He was buried at Greatham Church, Petersfield, Hampshire, England.1
