     Charles Pelham Thursby married Murel Elphinstone Carden, daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Westenra Carden and Emily Elphinstone Clack, on 9 December 1924.¹ He died in 1977.¹

     Douglas Charles Weir was born in 1952.¹ He is the son of Charles Henry Weir and Kathleen McLellan.² He married Pamela Grosman in 1984.¹
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, Canada (F.R.C.P.)¹
