     Joseph Burges was born on 2 February 1689 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was the son of Samuel Burges and Margaret Williams.1 He married Elizabeth Lloyd on 7 December 1716 at East Ham, Essex, England.1 He died in April 1747 at age 58.1
