     John Power, 5th Baron Le Power and Coroghmore was born in 1599.1 He was the son of John 'Og' Power and Helen Barry.1 He married Ruth Pypho, daughter of Robert Pypho.2 He died in 1661, /2 issue.2
     In 1597 bca.2 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baron Le Power and Coroghmore, co. Waterford [I., 1535] on 8 August 1607.1 On 30 March 1629 had livery of his father's lands.2 In 1630 became a lunatic ca and thereby escaped 'transplantation' 1654.2

     Ruth Pypho was the daughter of Robert Pypho.1 She married John Power, 5th Baron Le Power and Coroghmore, son of John 'Og' Power and Helen Barry.2 She died on 17 June 1642, less than two years ante.2
     Dublin.2 She lived St Mary's Abbey.2 Her married name became Power.1
