     William Cave was born circa 1574.3 He was the son of Richard Cave and Margaret de la Hay.2 He married, firstly, Eleanor Beale.3 He married, secondly, unknown wife (?).3 He died in 1654.3
     He was fined for not taking a knighthood at the coronation of King Charles I.3 He lived at Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire, England.3

     Sir Richard Cave was the son of Thomas Cave and Katherine Jones.2 He married Elizabeth Bartlett, daughter of Sir Thomas Bartlett.1 He died in 1645, killed in action.1
     Sir Richard Cave fought in the English Civil War, as a Royalist.1 He held the office of Governor of Hereford Castle.1 He fought in the Battle of Naseby in 1645.1
