     Robert Gore was born on 1 September 1819.1 He was the son of Very Rev. Hon. George Gore and Anne Burrowes.1 He married Elizabeth Edwards, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hugh Gore Edwards, on 16 August 1852.1 He died on 13 June 1899 at age 79.1
     Robert Gore held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Raveagh, Clogher, County Tyrone, Ireland.1
