     Ellen Sheppard Harper is the daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry John Chitty Harper and Emily Wooldridge.1 She married Charles George Tripp, son of Reverend Charles Tripp and Frances Owen, on 23 September 1858.1
     From 23 September 1858, her married name became Tripp.1

     Charles George Tripp was born on 1 July 1826.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Tripp and Frances Owen.1 He married Ellen Sheppard Harper, daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry John Chitty Harper and Emily Wooldridge, on 23 September 1858.1 He died in 1897.1
     Charles George Tripp was a practising Barrister-at-Law at New Zealand.1 He lived at Orari Gorge, Canterbury, New Zealand.2 He had three other sons and three other daughters.1
