     Major Charles Fraser Raper was the son of John Charles Dogson Raper.2 He married Agnes Mary Cayley, daughter of Bernard Cayley and Gertrude Mary Large, on 16 February 1926.1 He died on 22 June 1965.1
     Major Charles Fraser Raper gained the rank of Major in the service of the 3rd Madras Regiment, Rajputana Rifles, Indian Army.1
