     Rachel Phillips was the daughter of Lionel Charles Whitehead Phillips and Lilian Marion Estelle Savile.2,1 She married Sir Edward Randal Chadwyck-Healey, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Gerald Edward Chadwyck-Healey, 2nd Bt. and Mary Verena Watson, on 24 June 1924.1 She died on 26 August 1978.1
     Rachel Phillips was Chief Commandant of the Auxiliary Territorial Services.1 She was decorated with the Territorial Decoration (T.D.).1
