     Brig.-Gen. Charles Trevor Caulfeild was born on 30 June 1863.1 He was the son of Colonel Robert Caulfeild and Caroline Henriette Magill.2 He married Kathleen Mary Edge, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir John Edge, on 15 July 1903.1 He died on 25 September 1947 at age 84.1
     Brig.-Gen. Charles Trevor Caulfeild was Brigadier-General of the Royal Artillery Home Counties between 1913 and 1914.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was Brigadier-General of the West Riding Yorkshire Division between 1915 and 1916.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1916.1 He was Brigadier-General of the 71st Division in 1917.1 He was Brigadier-General of the 2nd Rawalpindi Division between 1918 and 1919.1 He fought in the Afghan War between 1918 and 1919, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He retired from the military in 1920.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Royal Artillery.1

     Kathleen Mary Edge was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir John Edge.2 She married Brig.-Gen. Charles Trevor Caulfeild, son of Colonel Robert Caulfeild and Caroline Henriette Magill, on 15 July 1903.1 She died on 11 August 1946.1
     From 15 July 1903, her married name became Caulfeild.1

     John Trevor Caulfeild was born on 2 August 1908.1 He was the son of Brig.-Gen. Charles Trevor Caulfeild and Kathleen Mary Edge.2 He married Elizabeth Allie Madeleine de Mestral-de Bülow, daughter of Gérard de Mestral-de Bülow, on 10 July 1948.1 He died on 20 October 1968 at age 60.1
     John Trevor Caulfeild was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the U.S. Air Force.1
