     Brigadier Edward John Clervaux Chaytor was born on 16 November 1903.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Edward Walter Clervaux Chaytor and Louisa Jane Collins.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Frances Morgan Vlieland, daughter of Charles Archibald Vlieland, on 12 November 1938.1 He married, secondly, Carina Mary Marcelle Anderson, daughter of Henry Stewart Anderson and Juliette (?), on 28 October 1970.1 He died on 27 November 1976 at age 73, without issue.1
     He was educated at Wanganui Collegiate School, Wanganui, New ZealandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Artillery.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1

     Margaret Frances Morgan Vlieland was the daughter of Charles Archibald Vlieland.1 She married Brigadier Edward John Clervaux Chaytor, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Edward Walter Clervaux Chaytor and Louisa Jane Collins, on 12 November 1938.1 She died on 19 March 1969.1
     From 12 November 1938, her married name became Chaytor.

     Carina Mary Marcelle Anderson was born on 30 March 1910 at Bishopthorpe, Yorkshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Henry Stewart Anderson and Juliette (?)2 She married, firstly, Patrick Martin in 1931 at Marylebone, London, England.2 She and Patrick Martin were divorced on 7 November 1944 citing her misconduct with Maj.-Gen. James Murray Robert Harrison.2 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. James Murray Robert Harrison, son of George Devereux Harrison and Emily Nayler, in 1945 at Chelsea, London, England.2 She married, thirdly, Brigadier Edward John Clervaux Chaytor, son of Maj.-Gen. Sir Edward Walter Clervaux Chaytor and Louisa Jane Collins, on 28 October 1970.1 She died in 1989 at Abingdon, Berkshire, England.2
     Carina Mary Marcelle Anderson usually went by her middle name of Marcelle.1 From 1931, her married name became Martin.2 From 28 September 1943, her married name became Harrison.2 From 28 October 1970, her married name became Chaytor.

     Katharine Clervaux Chaytor was born on 9 June 1900.1 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Edward Walter Clervaux Chaytor and Louisa Jane Collins.2 She married Colonel Sir Robert Eric Sherlock Gooch, 11th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Vere Sherlock Gooch, 10th Bt. and Florence Meta Draper, on 10 November 1926.1 She died on 1 March 1974 at age 73.1
     From 10 November 1926, her married name became Gooch.1

     Colonel Sir Robert Eric Sherlock Gooch, 11th Bt. was born on 6 May 1903.2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Vere Sherlock Gooch, 10th Bt. and Florence Meta Draper.2 He married Katharine Clervaux Chaytor, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Edward Walter Clervaux Chaytor and Louisa Jane Collins, on 10 November 1926.1 He died on 13 November 1978 at age 75.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1941.2 He was commander of the 1st Household Cavalry Regiment between November 1942 and December 1944.2 He was Colonel of the Household Cavalry between 1944 and 1946.2 He held the office of Member of the East Suffolk County Council in 1946.2 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Gooch, of Benacre Hall, Suffolk [G.B., 1746] on 7 July 1946.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Suffolk in 1950.2 He was admitted to Gentleman-at-Arms between 1950 and 1973.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.) in 1973.2

     Alfred Henry Chaytor was born on 28 October 1869.1 He was the son of John Clervaux Chaytor and Emma Fearon.2 He married Dorothy Elizabeth Burrell, daughter of Harry Percy Burrell, on 1 August 1899.1 He died on 12 July 1931 at age 61.1
