     Owen William Kellie-Smith was born on 20 July 1968.¹ He is the son of David Anthony Kellie-Smith and Griselda Williams.²

     Colonel D'Arcy Chaytor was born in 1873.¹ He was the son of John Clervaux Chaytor and Emma Fearon.² He married Avis Anne Edwin, daughter of Commander Robert Atherton Edwin, in 1908.¹ He died on 9 October 1960, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Order of the Nile (3rd Class).¹ He was decorated with the award of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers' Decoration (V.D.).¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Marines.¹ He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.¹ He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the New Zealand Military Forces.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).¹

     Commander Robert Atherton Edwin gained the rank of Commander in the service of the Royal Navy.¹

     Avis Anne Edwin was the daughter of Commander Robert Atherton Edwin.² She married Colonel D'Arcy Chaytor, son of John Clervaux Chaytor and Emma Fearon, in 1908.¹ She died on 3 February 1954.¹
      From 1908, her married name became Chaytor.

     Lawrence Clervaux Chaytor was born in 1892.¹ He was the son of John Clervaux Chaytor and Emma Fearon.² He married Dorothy Mary Bullen Tripe, daughter of John Robert Bullen Tripe, on 4 February 1920.¹ He died on 8 July 1954.¹
     He fought in the First World War, with the Canterbury Mounted Rifle Regiment and New Zealand Machine Gun Corps, where he was wounded twice.¹ He was decorated with the award of the 1914 Star.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).¹ He was decorated with the award of the Territorial Decoration (T.D.).¹

     John Robert Bullen Tripe lived at Palmerston North, New Zealand.¹

     Dorothy Mary Bullen Tripe is the daughter of John Robert Bullen Tripe.² She married Lawrence Clervaux Chaytor, son of John Clervaux Chaytor and Emma Fearon, on 4 February 1920.¹
      From 4 February 1920, her married name became Chaytor.

     John Lawrence Clervaux Chaytor was born on 28 February 1926.¹ He was the son of Lawrence Clervaux Chaytor and Dorothy Mary Bullen Tripe.² He married Susan Ruth Turrell, daughter of George M. Turrell, on 3 December 1954.¹ He died in 1976.¹

     George M. Turrell lived at Canterbury, New Zealand.¹
