     Maximilian O'Dempsey, 3rd Viscount Clanmalier was the son of Lewis O'Dempsey, 2nd Viscount Clanmalier and Martha Itchingham.1 He married Anne Bermingham, daughter of Walter Bermingham and Margaret FitzMaurice, circa 1667.1 He died on 30 November 1691, without issue.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 13 January 1714 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
     Maximilian O'Dempsey, 3rd Viscount Clanmalier succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron of Phillipstown, King's County [I., 1631] in 1683.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Viscount Clanmalier, King's and Queen's County [I., 1631] in 1683.1 He held the office of Governor of King's County.1
     On his death, his honours became extinct.1

     Anne Bermingham was the daughter of Walter Bermingham and Margaret FitzMaurice.1 She married Maximilian O'Dempsey, 3rd Viscount Clanmalier, son of Lewis O'Dempsey, 2nd Viscount Clanmalier and Martha Itchingham, circa 1667.1 She died on 27 June 1708.1
     From circa 1667, her married name became O'Dempsey.1 As a result of her marriage, Anne Bermingham was styled as Viscountess Clanmalier in 1683.

     Major Sir Joseph Lister Watson Cheyne of Leagarth, 3rd Bt. was born on 10 October 1914.1 He was the son of Sir Joseph Lister Cheyne of Leagarth, 2nd Bt. and Nelita Manfield Pringle.2 He married, firstly, Mary Mort Allen, daughter of Vice-Admiral John Derwent Allen, on 14 January 1938.1 He and Mary Mort Allen were divorced in 1955.1 He married, secondly, Cicely Metcalfe, daughter of Thomas Metcalfe, on 6 August 1955.1 He died on 16 February 2007 at age 92 at Shetland Islands, Scotland.3
     Major Sir Joseph Lister Watson Cheyne of Leagarth, 3rd Bt. was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was educated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the The Queen's Westminsters, King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Cheyne, of Fetlar, Zetland [U.K., 1908] on 20 September 1957.1 He was 2nd Secretary (Info), British Embassy between 1968 and 1970 at Rome, Italy.1 He was 1st Secretary, British Embassy between 1970 and 1973 at Rome, Italy.1 He was 1st Secretary (Info), British Embassy between 1973 and 1976 at Rome, Italy.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1976.1 He was curator of the Keats-Shelley Memorial House between 1976 and 1990 at Rome, Italy.1 He lived in 2003 at The Haa, Gloup, Cullivoe, Yell, Shetland Islands, Scotland.1
