     Maximilian O'Dempsey, 3rd Viscount Clanmalier was the son of Lewis O'Dempsey, 2nd Viscount Clanmalier and Martha Itchingham.¹ He married Anne Bermingham, daughter of Walter Bermingham and Margaret FitzMaurice, circa 1667.¹ He died on 30 November 1691, without issue.¹ He died intestate and his estate was administered on 13 January 1714 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹
