     Muriel Eileen Blakiston was the daughter of M. F. Blakiston.2 She married Sir Francis Charles Chichester, son of Reverend Charles Chichester and Emily Annie Page, in 1923.1 She died on 21 December 1929.1
     From 1923, her married name became Chichester.

     George Beresford Chichester was born on 30 May 1926.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Charles Chichester and Muriel Eileen Blakiston.2 He married Elizabeth Gay Button, daughter of Beresford Button, on 10 July 1965.1 He died on 18 October 1967 at age 41, without issue.1

     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a director of Francis Chichester, map publishers in 1969.1 He was company secretary of Francis Chichester, map publishers between 1970 and 1989.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.) in 1972.1 He was chairman of Francis Chichester, map publishers in 1989.1 He held the office of Member of the European Parliament (M.E.P.) (Conservative) between 1994 and 1999, for Devon and East Plymouth.1 He held the office of Member of the European Parliament (M.E.P.) (Conservative) in 1999, for South-West.1 He lived in 2003 at Longridge West Mill, Ottery St. Mary, Devon, EnglandG.1
