     Captain Patrick Maitland Campbell was the son of P. W. Campbell.2 He married Fanny Chichester, daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Edward Chichester, 9th Bt. and Catharina Emma Whyte, on 2 June 1930 at Shiptston on Stour, Warwickshire, England.1,3 He and Fanny Chichester were divorced in 1943.1 He died on 29 August 1961.1
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1
