     Cecilia Mary Cornelia O'Donovan was born on 20 February 1966.2 She is the daughter of Morgan Gerald Daniel O'Donovan, The O'Donovan and Frances Jane Templer.1,2 She married Neville George Francis Chamberlain, son of Francis Neville Chamberlain, in 1996.1

     Morgan Gerald Daniel O'Donovan, The O'Donovan was born on 4 May 1931.2 He is the son of Brigadier Morgan John Winthrop O'Donovan, The O'Donovan and Cornelia Bagnell.1 He married Frances Jane Templer, daughter of Field Marshal Sir Gerard Walter Robert Templer, on 19 September 1959.1
     Morgan Gerald Daniel O'Donovan, The O'Donovan usually went by his middle name of Daniel.2 He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1954 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He held the position of Chief of Clan Cathal on 28 April 1969.3 He was managing director of Wates & Company Lrd at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He lived in 1976 at Hollybrook House, Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland.1
