     Vice-Admiral James Arthur Murray was born on 25 May 1790.1 He was the son of Lord William Murray and Mary Anne Hodges.1 He married, firstly, Harriet Coupland, daughter of William Coupland, on 13 December 1821.1 He married, secondly, Julia Delmé, daughter of John Delmé, on 3 May 1838.1 He died on 6 March 1860 at age 69.1
     Vice-Admiral James Arthur Murray gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     George Delmé Murray was born on 6 October 1854.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral James Arthur Murray and Julia Delmé.1 He married Sarah Lovey, daughter of Alphonse Lovey, on 3 July 1877 at St. Paul's Church, Pancras, Middlesex, England.1,2 He died on 1 April 1915 at age 60.1
