     Sir Jonathan George Clark, 5th Bt. was born on 9 October 1947.1 He is the son of Sir Colin Douglas Clark, 4th Bt. and Margaret Coleman Spinks.2 He married Susan Joy Gray, daughter of Brigadier Thomas Ian Gordon Gray, in 1971.1
     Sir Jonathan George Clark, 5th Bt. was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1966 in the service of the Royal Green Jackets.1 He retired from the military in 1978.1 He was managing director of Paragon Homes Ltd in 1992.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Clark, of Dunlambert, Belfast [U.K., 1917] on 27 April 1995.1 He lived in 2003 at Somerset House, Threapwood, Malpas, Cheshire, England.1
