     Sir Francis Drake Clark, 5th Bt. was born on 16 July 1924.1 He is the son of Sir Thomas Clark, 3rd Bt. and Ellen Mercy Drake.2 He married Mary Andrews, daughter of John Alban Andrews, on 14 August 1958.1
     Sir Francis Drake Clark, 5th Bt. was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1943 and 1946, in the Royal Navy.1 He was a director of Clark Travel Service Ltd between 1948 and 1978 at London, England.1 He was a consultant for Peter Lubbock Travel between 1978 and 1985 at London, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Clark, of Melville Crescent, Edinburgh [U.K., 1886] in 1991.1 He lived in 2003 at Woodend Cottages, Wood Lane, Burgh-next-Aylsham, Norfolk, England.1
