     Sir John Douglas Clark, 4th Bt. was born on 9 January 1923.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Clark, 3rd Bt. and Ellen Mercy Drake.2 He married Anne Gordon, daughter of Angus Gordon, in 1969.1 He died in 1991, without issue.1
     Sir John Douglas Clark, 4th Bt. was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Clark, of Melville Crescent, Edinburgh U.K., 1886 in 1977.1
