     Philip Hennell Amsden was the son of Stanley Amsden.2 He married Grace Cynthia Maude Clayton, daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Edward Gilbert Clayton and Huberta Grenfell, on 27 October 1934.1 He died in 1992.1
