Sir William Clerke, 3rd Bt. was born before 1662.3 He was the son of Sir William Clerke, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Muschamp.2 He married Catherine Onslow, daughter of Sir Arthur Onslow, 2nd Bt. and Mary Foote, on 11 July 1683 at Allhallows, Barking, England.3 He died between 14 July 1699 and 1 December 1699.1 He was buried at North Weston, Oxfordshire, England.4 His will was probated on 1 December 1699.4
He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Clerke, of Hitcham, co. Buckingham [E., 1660] on 6 September 1678.1 His last will was dated 14 July 1699.
