     Sir Harbottle Grimston, 1st Bt. was born circa 1570.1 He was the son of Edward Grimston and Joan Risby.1 He married Elizabeth Coppinger, daughter of Ralph Coppinger.1 He died on 19 February 1647/48.1
     Sir Harbottle Grimston, 1st Bt. was created 1st Baronet Grimston, of Bradfield, co. Essex [England] on 25 November 1611.1
