Emily Daly was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Denis Daly and Lady Henrietta Maxwell.1 She married Sir Morgan George Crofton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Hugh Crofton, 2nd Bt. and Frances Smyth, on 21 May 1812.1 She died on 16 February 1876.1

Denis St. George Daly, 2nd Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal was born on 10 July 1810.1 He was the son of James Daly, 1st Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal and Maria Elizabeth Smyth.1 He married Mary Broderick, daughter of William Broderick, in 1864.2 He died on 11 January 1893 at age 82, without legitimate male issue.1
Denis St. George Daly, 2nd Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 7th Hussars.2 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal, of Dunsandle, co. Galway [I., 1845] on 7 August 1847.1 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland].3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).3
