     John Edward Venables-Vernon married, secondly, Hon. Rosa Gertrude Harriet Daly, daughter of James Daly, 1st Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal and Maria Elizabeth Smyth, on 25 September 1856.1
     John Edward Venables-Vernon held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).2 He lived at Clontarf Castle, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1

     Mary Broderick was the daughter of William Broderick.1 She married Denis St. George Daly, 2nd Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal, son of James Daly, 1st Baron Dunsandle and Clanconal and Maria Elizabeth Smyth, in 1864.1 She died on 6 December 1868.1
     From 1864, her married name became Daly.1
