Margaret Augusta Fremantle was born on 2 December 1904.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Sir Thomas Francis Fremantle, 3rd Baron Cottesloe and Frances Tapling.1,2 She married Denys Arthur Jennings, son of A. E. Jennings, on 9 April 1930.2 She and Denys Arthur Jennings were divorced in 1946.2 She married, secondly, Sir Howard Walter Florey, Baron Florey, son of Joseph Florey and Bertha Mary Wadham, on 6 June 1967.1 She died on 14 November 1994 at age 89.2
