     Louisa Anne Osborn was born on 30 August 1812 at Westminster, London, England.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Osborn, 5th Bt. and Augusta Frederica Louisa Valentina Davers.1,3 She married Reverend Brook Edward Bridges, son of Reverend Brook Edward Bridges and Harriet Foote, in 1843.1 She died on 21 August 1864 at age 51 at Haynes, Bedfordshire, England.2
     From 1843, her married name became Bridges.1

     Alexander Fleck, 1st and last Baron Fleck was born on 11 November 1889.1 He was the son of Robert Fleck and Agnes Hendry Duncan.1 He married Isabella Mitchell Kelly, daughter of Alexander Kelly, on 11 July 1917.1 He died on 6 August 1968 at age 78.1
     He was educated at Saltcoats Public School, Saltcoats, Ayrshire, ScotlandG.1 He graduated from Hillhead High School, Hillhead, ScotlandG.1 He graduated from University of Glasgow, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, ScotlandG, in 1916 with a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.)1 He was managing director general of the Chemicals Diviison of ICI in 1931.1 He was a director of ICI between 1944 and 1951.1 He was chairman of ICI between 1953 and 1960.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1955.1 He was created 1st Baron Fleck, of Saltcoats, co. Ayr [U.K.] on 3 February 1961.1 On his death, his title became extinct.1
