     Sir Wyndham Edward Hanmer, 4th Bt. was born on 24 December 1810.2 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Thomas Hanmer and Arabella Charlotte Bucknall.3 He married, firstly, Maria Louise Victoire Conroy, daughter of Sir John Conroy, 1st Bt., on 10 March 1842.2 He married, secondly, Harriet Frances Hely Hutchinson, daughter of Colonel Hon. Henry Hely Hutchinson and Harriet Wrightson, on 2 October 1877.3 He died on 25 August 1887 at age 76.2
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Horse Guards.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Bedfordshire.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Flintshire.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Flintshire.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hanmer, of Hanmer, co. Flint [G.B., 1774] on 8 March 1881.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Flintshire in 1885.2

     Mary Elizabeth Winsland was the daughter of Nicholas Winsland.1 She married James Hannen, Baron Hannen on 4 February 1847.1 She died on 1 December 1872.1

     Hon. James Chitty Hannen was born in 1851.1 He was the son of James Hannen, Baron Hannen and Mary Elizabeth Winsland.1 He married Lucy Shaeffer, daughter of C. Shaeffer, on 8 April 1876.1 He died on 4 April 1903.1
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.1 He was Registrar of the High Court, Probate and Divorce Divisions.1
