Hon. Emily Julia Charlotte Keane was born on 12 January 1848.1 She was the daughter of Edward Arthur Wellington Keane, 2nd Baron Keane and Louisa Caroline Lydia Benyon.1 She married, firstly, H. A. Herbert in 1866.1 She and H. A. Herbert were divorced in 1882.1 She married, secondly, H. H. Vignoles in 1897.1 She died on 2 July 1911 at age 63.1
