     Valentine Knightley was born on 1 May 1718.1 He was the son of Lucy Knightley and Jane Grey Benson.1 He married Elizabeth Dummer, daughter of Edward Dummer, on 21 December 1740.1 He died on 2 May 1754 at age 36.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Northampton between 1748 and 1754.1 He lived at Fawsley, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1

     Elizabeth Dummer was the daughter of Edward Dummer.1 She married Valentine Knightley, son of Lucy Knightley and Jane Grey Benson, on 21 December 1740.1 She died on 11 August 1760.1
     From 21 December 1740, her married name became Knightley.1

     Sir John Knightley, 1st Bt. was born on 17 February 1746.2 He was the son of Valentine Knightley and Elizabeth Dummer.1 He married Mary Baines, daughter of John Baines, on 15 April 1779.2 He died on 29 January 1812 at age 65, without issue.2
     He was created 1st Baronet Knightley, of Fawsley, co. Northampton [Great Britain] on 2 February 1798, with a special remainder to the male isuse of his deceased brother, Charles.2

     He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.)1

     Sir Charles Knightley, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 June 1781.2 He was the son of Reverend Charles Knightley and Elizabeth Boulton.1 He married Selina Mary Hervey, daughter of Felton Lionel Hervey and Selina Mary Elwill, on 24 August 1813.2 He died on 30 August 1864 at age 83.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Knightley, of Fawsley, co. Northampton [G.B., 1798] on 29 January 1812.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Northampton between 1834 and 1852.2
