     F/Lt. Colin Edward Livingstone Tapley is the son of Harold Livingstone Tapley.2 He married Patricia Marjorie Hambro, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Percival Otway Hambro and Marjorie Henrietta Bingham, on 6 August 1943.1
     F/Lt. Colin Edward Livingstone Tapley gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Canadian Air Force.1 He had two sons.1
