Evelyn Philip Medows was born on 3 December 1736.1 He was the son of Philip Medows and Lady Frances Pierrepont.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Cramond, daughter of Captain William Cramond.1 He married, secondly, Harriot Maria Norie, daughter of James Norie, on 25 May 1811.1 He died on 4 July 1826 at age 89.1
