     Dr. Elizabeth Catherine Wrong is the daughter of Edward Murray Wrong and Rosalind Grace Smith.2,1 She married Peter David Shore, Baron Shore of Stepney in 1948.1
     Dr. Elizabeth Catherine Wrong was invested as a Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.).1 She was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.).1 She was invested as a Fellow, Faculty of Community Medicine (F.F.C.M.).1 She was registered as a Member, Royal College of Physicians, London (M.R.C.P.).1 From 1948, her married name became Shore. She was Deputy Chief Medical Officer for the Department of Health and Social Security between 1977 and 1984.1 She was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1980.1 She was Dean of Postgrad Medicine for the North-West Thames Region between 1985 and 1993.1 She was Dean of Postgrad Medical Education for the North Thames Region between 1993 and 1995.1 As a result of her marriage, Dr. Elizabeth Catherine Wrong was styled as Baroness Shore of Stepney on 5 June 1997.
