     He was the ancestor of the Ramsays of Whitehill.1 He lived at Swynisdene.1 He was living in 1456.1

     Lady Elizabeth Douglas was also known as Anne.1 Her married name became Ramsay.1 From after 1482, her married name became Livingstone.1
