     Sir George Arthur Parker was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Leicestershire, England.1 He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He held the office of Judge of the High Court [Madras] in 1886.1
