     From 4 November 1895, her married name became Loewenstein-Scharffeneck.1

     Sarah Phillips was the daughter of Sir Benjamin Samuel Phillips.1 She married Henry de Worms, 1st and last Baron Pirbright, son of Baron Solomon Benedict de Worms and Henrietta Samuel, on 25 January 1887.1 She died on 2 November 1914.1
     She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)1 From 25 January 1887, her married name became de Worms.1

     William James Pirrie, 1st and last Viscount Pirrie was born on 31 May 1847 at Quebec, CanadaG.1 He was the son of James Alexander Pirrie and Eliza Montgomery.1 He married Margaret Montgomery Carlisle, daughter of John Carlisle, on 17 April 1879.1 He died on 6 June 1924 at age 77, from pneumonia while voyaging off Cuba, without issue.1 He was buried on 23 June 1924 at Belfast, County Antrim, IrelandG.1
     He was educated at Belfast Royal Academical Institute, Belfast, County Antrim, IrelandG.1 He was with Harland and Wolff, Shipbuilders in 1862.1 He was chairman of Harland and Wolff in 1895.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of Belfast between 1896 and 1897.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1897.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Antrim in 1898.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Royal University of Ireland, IrelandG, in 1899.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Down in 1899.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) by Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, in 1903.1 He was created 1st Baron Pirrie [U.K.] on 17 July 1906.1 He was Comptroller of the Hosuehold of the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1907 and 1913.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of St. Patrick (K.P.) in 1908.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the city of Belfast in 1911.1 He was member of the War Office Supply Board in 1916.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1918.1 He lived at Belfast, County Antrim, IrelandG.2 He held the office of Member of the Senate [Northern Ireland] in 1921.1 He was created 1st Viscount Pirrie, of Belfast [U.K.] on 9 July 1921.1
