     Mary Sanderson was the daughter of Edward Fisher Sanderson.1 She married Thomas Sanderson Furniss, son of Henry Furniss, on 15 September 1858.1 She died on 6 February 1899.1
     From 15 September 1858, her married name became Furniss.1

     Averil Dorothy Nicholl is the daughter of Henry Frederick Nicholl.1 She married Henry Sanderson Furniss, 1st and last Baron Sanderson, son of Thomas Sanderson Furniss and Mary Sanderson, on 23 January 1902.1
     From 23 January 1902, her married name became Furniss.1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire on 14 July 1920.1,2 After her marriage, Averil Dorothy Nicholl was styled as Lady Sanderson on 18 June 1930.
