     Charlotte Spencer was the daughter of Conway Spencer.1 She married, firstly, Thomas Moore before 1788.1 She married, secondly, Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall, son of Hon. John Chichester and Elizabeth Newdigate, on 24 October 1788.1 She died on 19 September 1789.1
     From before 1788, her married name became Moore.1 As a result of her marriage, Charlotte Spencer was styled as Countess of Donegall on 24 October 1788. From 24 October 1788, her married name became Chichester.1
