     Reverend Newdigate Poyntz was born circa 1752.1 He was the son of Newdigate Poyntz and Elizabeth Castleton.2 He married, secondly, Mary Bliss, daughter of Reverend Philip Bliss.3 He married, firstly, Jane Grey Williamson, daughter of Richard Williamson, on 7 May 1779.1 He died on 15 December 1825.3
     Reverend Newdigate Poyntz was educated at Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was the Rector in 1777 at Tormarton, Gloucestershire, England.1

     Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz was born on 12 August 1782.1 He was the son of Reverend Newdigate Poyntz and Jane Grey Williamson.2 He married Ann Jenkins, daughter of Richard Jenkins, on 18 September 1806.1 He died in March 1873 at age 90.1
     Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz was educated at St. Mary's Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 In 1813 Norfolk.1 He was the Vicar in 1813 at Methwold, Norfolk, England.1 He was the Rector at Cranwich, England.1

     Sarah Jane Poyntz was born on 18 August 1811.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Nathaniel Poyntz and Ann Jenkins.2 She married Robert Charles Nicholl Carne, son of Reverend Robert Carne, on 15 May 1838.1 She died on 15 January 1861 at age 49, without issue.1
     From 15 May 1838, her married name became Carne.1
