     He was created 1st Baronet Cooke, of Wheatley Hall, co. York [England] on 10 May 1661, with a special remainder to his next brother.1

     Sir Henry Cooke, 2nd Bt. was born on 29 October 1633.1 He was the son of Bryan Cooke and Sarah Ryley.2 He married, secondly, Anne Stanhope, daughter of William Stanhope.1 He married, firstly, Diana Butler, daughter of Anthony Butler, on 29 August 1659.1 He died circa July 1689.3 He was buried on 16 July 1689.3
     He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Cooke, of Wheatley Hall, co. York [E., 1661] on 16 October 1683.1
