     St. Andrew Warde was born on 22 July 1745.2 He was the son of Patientius Warde.2 He was baptised on 27 July 1745 at Hooton Pagnell, Yorkshire, England.2 He married Anne Cooke, daughter of Anthony Cooke and Mary Eyre, on 2 July 1775 at Yorkshire, England.1,2 He died circa 19 March 1822.3 He was buried on 22 March 1822.3
