     Charles Alphonse Massy was born circa 1821.1 He was the son of Major William Massy and unknown Alphonse.1 He married Charlotte Renton Stuart, daughter of George Bute Stuart, on 11 December 1851 at Canberra, A.C.T., Australia.1 He died on 14 July 1888.1
     Charles Alphonse Massy held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Bowylie, Gundaroo, New South Wales, Australia.1 He lived at Farran, County Limerick, Ireland.1

     Charlotte Renton Stuart was the daughter of George Bute Stuart.1 She married Charles Alphonse Massy, son of Major William Massy and unknown Alphonse, on 11 December 1851 at Canberra, A.C.T., Australia.1 She died on 28 January 1908.1
     From 11 December 1851, her married name became Massy.1
