     Henry Fetherstonhaugh was born on 27 March 1826.1 He was the son of William Fetherstonhaugh and Elizabeth Orme.1 He married Frances Augusta Hewson, daughter of Reverend Francis Hewson, on 19 January 1869.1 He died in August 1898 at age 72.1
     Henry Fetherstonhaugh was the Governor at Tullamore Gaol, Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Westmeath Rifles.1 He lived at Carrick Lodge, Mullingar, County Westmeath, Ireland.1
