     Colonel Philip Savage Alcock was born on 24 May 1828.1 He was the son of Harry Alcock and Margaret Elinor Savage.1 He married Katherine Annette Browne-Clayton, daughter of Richard Clayton Browne-Clayton and Catherine Jane Dobson, on 16 April 1857.1 He died on 20 May 1886 at age 57.1
     County Wexford.2 He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 Wexford Militia.2 He lived Park House.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 95th Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Wexford Militia.1 He lived at Park House, County Wexford, Ireland.1
