     Sir James Porter Corry, 1st Bt. was born on 8 September 1826.1 He was the son of Robert Corry and Jane Porter.2 He married Margaret Service, daughter of William Service, on 10 July 1849.1 He died on 28 November 1891 at age 65.1
     Sir James Porter Corry, 1st Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Belfast between 1874 and 1885.1 He was created 1st Baronet Corry, of Dunraven, co. Antrim [U.K.] on 15 September 1885.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Mid-Armagh between 1886 and 1891.1

     William Corry, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 March 1859.1 He was the son of Sir James Porter Corry, 1st Bt. and Margaret Service.2 He married Charlotte Georgina Frances Catherine Collins, daughter of J. Collins, on 31 October 1889.1 He died on 9 June 1926 at age 67.1
     William Corry, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Corry, of Dunraven, co. Antrim [U.K., 1885] on 28 November 1891.1 He was director of the Cunard Steamship Company.1
