     Cyril Alexander was born on 12 February 1905.1 He was the son of Stuart Anthony Alexander and Ada Mary Kendall.1 He married Helen Hawkins, daughter of George Ezra Hawkins, in 1933.1 He died on 26 October 1972 at age 67.1
     Cyril Alexander was educated at Bedford, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England.1 He was member of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary between 1939 and 1965.1 He was decorated with the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.).1 He lived at Bell House, Winterbourne Stickland, Dorset, England, (near Blandford).1
